Tom Jub Chuy (Ten Vegetable Stew)

Ingredients :
200 gms Sliced Streaky Pork
1 cup Sliced Radish
250 gms Chinese Cabbage (Cutted long 2 inch a piece)
250 gms Kale (Cutted into piece)
200 gms Cabbage (Cutted into piece)
1/2 cup Asian Celery (Cutted long 2 inch a piece)
6 pieces Dried Chinese Mushrooms (without handle)
1/2 cup White Tofu (Sliced triangle piece)
1 tablespoon Chopped Garlic
9 cups Water
1/2 teaspoon Black Soy Sauce
4 tablespoon White Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Salted Soya Beans
1/4 cup Oil



Preparation :
1. Boiling water in pot until medium heat.
2. Put Sliced Streaky Pork , Radish , Dried Chinese Mushroom , Black Soy Sauce , White Soy Sauce and Salt.
3. Simmer that with medium heat until 20 minutes. and boil with min heat.
4. Meantime simmer the stew. Put oil into pan with medium heat. fry White Tofu until well done. Get them out and fry Garlic with min heat in the same pan.
5. When Garlic get smell take it into the stew pot.
6. In the same pan with max heat. Put Chinese Cabbage , Kale , Cabbage , Asian Celery into
the pan. Fast fried and turn off heat.
7. Put Fried vegetable into stew pot. Put Fried White Tofu , Salted Soya Beans too.
8. simmer with medium heat until 1 hour.
9. You can add salt or white soy sauce. If you like salty.
10. Sever with cooked rice.

Tip Radish is a vegetable that makes soften sweet soup.
