Kaeng Som Gung (Hot and Sour mixed vegetables and Shrimp soup)


Ingredients :
500 gms Shrimps
80 gms Carrot
80 gms White Radish
100 gms Cabbage
3-4 table spoon Tamarind Juice
1 table spoon Sugar
2-3 table spoon Fish Sauce
3 cup Water

Ingredients for Paste:
10 lobe Garlic
7 heads Shallot Head
8 pieces Dried Chilli
1 tea spoon Shrimp Paste
1 tea spoon Lesser Ginger
1 tea spoon Salt

Preparation :
1. Pound ingredients for paste in mortar until mix.
2. Put water in pot , add paste and mix.
3. Meduim heat until boil , add shrimp , carrot , white radish , cabbage.
4. When vegetables cooked add tamarind juice , sugar , fish sauce.
5. Serve with cooked rice.
