Gung Krateam Prigtai (Shrimp fried with Garlic and Black Pepper)



Ingredients :
8-10 pieces Shrimps
2 table spoon Chopped Garlic
1 table spoon Black Pepper
1 table spoon Chopped Parsley
1 table spoon Whipping Cream
2 tea spoon Clear Soy Sauce
1/2 tea spoon Salt
2 table spoon Olive oil

Preparation :
1. Clean the shrimp and cutting it's back for remove the black thread (the intestine)
2. Add olive oil in the pan wait util heat.
3. Add chopped garlic and shrimps waited for shrimps cooked.
4. Add salt , black pepper ,clear soy sauce mix and wait 2-3 minutes.
5. Turn off heat serve in plate and dip parsley.

Tip Don't get shrimps well done.
