Gung Orb Voonsan (Shrimps with Glass Noodles)

Ingredients :
4-5 pieces Shrimps
2 pieces Bacons
100 gms Glass Noodles
3-4 pieces Dired Chinese Mushrooms
2-3 pieces Hitted Garlics
1 piece Hitted Corainder Root

Ingredients for seasoning
1 tea spoon Black Pepper
1/2 cup Soup
1 talbe spoon Oyster Sauce
1 tea spoon Seasame Oil
1/2 table spoon Chinese Liquor

1/2 table spoon Clear Soy Sauce
1/2 table spoon Black Soy Sauce

Preparation :
1. Clean and remove shrimp head but still keep shirmp shell for mellow taste, then cut shrimp black to fine black rip off.
2. Put dired chinese mushrooms and glass noodle in the water until soft.
3. Mix seasoning in the bowl.
4. Put bacon in clay pot .(if you don't have clay pot. You can use non-stick pot.)
5. Put hitted garlic and hitted corainder root on bacon . Add retted Chinese mushroom , shrimps.
6. Close pot and get to medium heat.
7. Wait until pot heat. add seasoning and close pot, heat it until boil.
8. Add retted glass noodle , mix in pot and close pot again.
9. Wait for seasoning soup begin dried, close heat.
10. When you serve get shrimp up on galss noodle for beauty.
